The Spirit-Red once again showed its resiliency on the softball field winning 4 of 5 games on Sunday and advancing to the championship game at KAA.  After losing their first game in bracket play to their sister team Spirit-Blue on Saturday night, the Red rebounded with 4 consecutive shutout wins over the Stingers, St. Peters Royals, Spirit-Blue, and St. Louis Magic.  In the championship game the Spirit-Red were hoping to avenge a 5-0 loss to the St. Louis Chaos from the previous day, but fell once again 5-0.  The Spirit-Red officially placed 2nd in the NSA "A" State tournament.  Contratulations, Red!
