For those of you wondering about equipment, here's the scoop on a few items:
1. Cups are required.
2. Uniforms are provided by NTLL - Include hat, belt, socks, shirt, pants.
3. Batting Helmets MUST have protective grill on front.
4. Water bottles are good to bring - I'll be getting some free ones from Dick's Sporting Goods.
5. At this age, gloves are generally going to be in the size 10-12 range
6. Don't get a bat that is too heavy (or too long) something in the 15 oz, 26 in range +/-
Remember - If you choose not to buy all the equipment right out of the gate, there will be bats, balls, catchers equipment, and batting helmets at practices and games.
