Bluejayz show their depth with win at Huron

Jose Barboza
On a day where Coach Bee thought that we just mite not have enough players to play a total of 8 players plus the coach went to Huron with just enough talent to out hit the Aguilas by a score of 11-5 for the 12th win of the season. The win keeps the Bluejayz undefeated heading to the allstar break for the first time ever. According to President of the league Jesus Ramiro if the Bluejayz can win 2 more we will tie the record for the most consecutive wins to start a season and 3 will set the new record. With the way the Bluejayz are playing ball right now I see no reason to not break the record.
The 11 runs were lead by Jose Cerda's 4 hits, followed by Kyle Moore and Keshawn Keene each with 3 hits. With all of the regular Bluejayz pitching staff not at the game Coach Bee asked a Gabby to step up and pitch after not having pitched since last season. Gabby came in and threw 6 innings of quality baseball only getting in trouble in the first inning when he allowed 3 runs. Gabe pitched the final 3 innings in relief to close out the game and seal the victory for the Bluejayz who next face the Koras at Edison at 2pm 06/22/08.
