
Winter Classic Check In Information
Coaches
There will be a Friday night check in January 28th available for those that wish to attend. It will be in a meeting room located in Solvang Brewing Company and Restaurant 1547 Mission Dr. Solvang, Ca. 93463 from 6:30-9:30pm
Players are not required to attend but are welcome.
You MUST have the following items to check in:
~Player medical release forms with a parent or guardian’s original (wet) signature
or signed with AYSO eSign.
~Completed roster in numerical order signed by your Regional Commissioner.
~5- AYSO approved game cards (there will be some available at check-in) filled out completely and legible. Players listed in numerical order (Just like your roster), first and last names and your team number for the tournament (i.e. #1012) listed on the top right corner.
If you have preprinted cards they need to be standard 4” x 7” size with referee information on the reverse. If they are not on game card stock, but are the correct size be prepared to tape them on to a standard size card. If they are not standard size you will be required to rewrite your 5 game cards.
If
you do not attend the Friday night check in, you can check in at the
site of your first game. You will be required to have the same items as
listed above.
Please allow yourself enough time to check in and warm up your team properly.
Please remember that the sites are all schools and are in residential areas.
Please park in a responsible manner and respect our neighbors.
Remind your team and parents that there are absolutely
NO DOGS, BBQ’S, NOISE MAKERS OR LOUD MUSIC
allowed at the schools.
