FAQ's
Q. I registered my childon-line, but it won't let me pay on-line. What am I doing wrong?
A. While some AYSO Regions do offer the ability to pay by credit cardon-line, we do not. The form you are filling out on-line is"Pre-Registration". You must still print two copies and sign the forms and either bring them in to our Early Registration Sites, or sendthem with your check to our PO Box if it is past the last Early Registration Date. If you have players returning from last year, youcan take advantage of our pre-filled forms at our early registrationlocations in May, but you must still come in and sign them.
Q. I haven't heard from my child's coach yet, but all her friends have...why?
A. The coaches receivetheir coaches packets in Mid to Late August, and start calling soon after. Some may still be on Summer Vacation, and haven't gotten theirs yet...Or in the worst case scenario, your child's team does not yet have acoach. If this is the case, we are looking...and if you know someonewho could coach the team please let us know! If we do not find acoach, the team will be disbanded, and the players will be spread outover the other teams. Whatthis creates is larger than desired teams, and less play time for eachplayer. Or, if the teams are already too big we will give you a refund. So, if you haven't heard from a coach by school starting, you may want to step up and see if you are needed to coach!
