AYSO Season 2009 Openings!

AYSO has started it's 2009 season and we have several openings for Board Members and Volunteers. If you are interested in any of the following positions, please contact Julie Everett. Jobs with stars are needed urgently!!

** Regional Referee Administrator- At the end of this season Dave Savinski will be stepping down as the Regional Referee Administrator. We must fill this position! No Referee experience necessary, just the ability to organize and help schedule the referees.

**Regional Treasurer (in training)- Need to be very familiar with Quickbooks and fund accounting. Works closely with the Regional Commissioner to handle the finances of the Region.

**Asst. Coach Administrator - Helps the Coach Administrator find Division Coordinators and coaches, set up trainings, and make sure all coaches are certified to coach at their division.

** Asst. Regional Commissioner - Helps the Regional Commissioner with their duties...basically their right hand man (or woman).

Web Master (in training) - Helps keep the web site up to date. Will learn our new website program and make our web site AWESOME!

UK Camp Coordinator- Arranges the UK Camp in August each year, helps arrange housing for the coaches, advertises the camp and promotes it with flyers, posters,and during registration, and makes sure that they have all they need to make the camp work. Gets 1 free scholarship to camp for being coordinator.

Hispanic Community Representative (bilingual) - Help us communicate to all the members of our AYSO family! Our Hispanic Community is a strong and powerful force, they have so much to offer the soccer community. We need a fully bilingual person to help us communicate with the Hispanic community and to help them communicate their needs to us.

Balanced Teams Coordinator (in training) - Uses the ranking system and eayso to ensure that all teams are as balanced as possible in each division. Must be very familiar with most players at the U10-U14 levels.

Sponsorship Coordinator - Find sponsors willing to buy banners or other forms of sponsorship for the league to help raise funds for scholarships and the All Star program.

Scholarship Representative - Reviews requests for scholarships to determine eligibility and need.

And we always need referees!
