U5 Players will have a discounted rate this year
Regular Registration (Mail-in Registration) - For those who missed Early Registration
- Go to the registration web site at eayso.org to register
- Print 2 copies of the registration form and sign both copies
- New Players must mail in a copy of Birth Certificate
Note: Players must be 4 years of age by July 31st, 2010 - $150 for all players - NO SIBLING DISCOUNT!

Late Registration - After June 15th
You can still register your players after June 15th. Please follow the steps listed above.
- Registration forms postmarked after June 15th will be placed on a waiting list. If there is room in their division they will be placed on a team.
