Registration
Please make sure you read all instructions before going to the eayso.org link to register :)
We are now on Wait List Status if your player is U6 - U14!
Please see below on how to register your child and get them on a wait list.
U5 Players will have a discounted rate of $60 this year (must be age 4 by 7/31/10 to participate) and can continue to register all the way up through OCT 30th with no penalty!
New!! U16/19 Players can register until the season starts for $80! Get your friends to play!!
IF PLAYER IS RETURNING FROM A PREVIOUS SEASON:
- Go to the registration web site at eayso.org and pre-register. Please make sure all information is correct.
- Print TWO copies of the registration form and sign both copies.
- Mail them to our PO Box with your payment.
IF PLAYER IS A BRAND NEW PLAYER TO OUR REGION:
- Go to the registration web site at eayso.org and pre-register.
- Print TWO copies of the registration form and sign both copies.
- Mail the forms, a copy of players Birth Certificate, and payment to our PO Box.
IF YOU MISSED EARLY WALK IN REGISTRATION:
Regular Registration (Mail-in Registration) - For those who missed Early Registration
- Go to the registration web site at eayso.org to register
- Print TWO copies of the registration form and sign both copies
- New Players must mail in a copy of Birth Certificate
Note: Players must be 4 years of age by July 31st, 2010 - $140 for all players EXCEPT U5 PLAYERS (they are still $60) & U16/19 PLAYERS (they are still $80) - NO SIBLING DISCOUNT!
- Mail TWO copies of signed registration form, payment and copy of Birth Certificate (if needed) by JUNE 12, 2010 to:

Late Registration - Postmarked after June 12th
You can still register your players after June 12th. Please follow the steps listed above for Regular Registration.
- Registration forms postmarked after June 12th will be placed on a waiting list. If there is room in their division they will be placed on a team on a first come basis.
Scholarships for 2010
There are limited partial scholarships available to families
in need - please be prepared to fill out an application and bring proof
of participation in one of the following programs: WIC, free/reduced
school lunch, PHP, or Medi-Cal to one of the walk in registration
dates. Also be prepared to sign up for some type of volunteer work
within AYSO. You can Coach, Ref, be a team parent, help at 4th of July
BBQ, or help on the Board.
We cannot guarantee the availability of scholarships to players that
register after May 16, 2010.

Por favor, prepárese para completar un formulario de solicitud, y
